Sarah Collier joined the Bradshaw Trees Law team in January 2026 as an Employment Partner. An experienced employment lawyer, Sarah is known for her commercial, practical and solutions‑focused approach when advising both businesses and individuals on the full spectrum of employment law issues.
Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009, Sarah has built a loyal client base through her commitment to exceptional client care and personable approach. She provides pragmatic, tailored advice that considers not only the legal position but also her clients’ wider commercial and strategic priorities.

She has extensive experience supporting owner‑managed SMEs, HR professionals, directors, senior executives and business leaders.

Before joining Bradshaw Trees Law, Sarah held senior roles within specialist employment law teams across the North-West, advising employers on high‑value, sensitive and often challenging employment matters. She is also experienced at delivering seminars and webinars on key employment law topics.
Sarah is an active member of the employment law community and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Sarah sits on the board of trustees at Fortalice Limited, a charity supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse.
Sarah is a contributing member of Pro Manchester’s Pro Parent Committee.
Outside Work
Away from the office, Sarah enjoys travelling, spending time with her young family and watching or playing sport, including netball, football and Formula 1.
