Mell Guiver joined Bradshaw Trees Law in September 2026 as an Employment Legal Director.
With more than 20 years’ experience spanning employment law, HR consultancy, workplace investigations, safeguarding and conflict resolution, Melloney advises organisations on complex people issues and organisational risk. Melloney trained and qualified as a mediator through the London School of Mediation and is an accredited conflict coach.
Outside Work
Outside work, Melloney enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and walking her dog, Molly, She also enjoys attending art classes and has a passion for upcycling furniture, combining creativity with restoring forgotten pieces and given them a new lease of life.
