Employment Consultant Partner
Alison works as an Employment Consultant Partner for a number of firms in the Manchester area, including Bradshaw Trees Law since its inception.
Alison is a highly experienced and approachable specialist employment lawyer with extensive experience advising upon employment law/HR across the whole spectrum of issues and clients.
She previously acted exclusively for employers at DLA for many household names, but has substantial experience acting for employees (claimants) and senior executives. She advises upon the whole spectrum of employment law issues and employment tribunal claims including unfair and constructive dismissal, all types of discrimination (such as disability, sex, race) TUPE and termination or settlement agreements (formerly known as compromise agreements). She regularly drafts or advises upon contracts of employment/service agreements and employment policies and procedures such as disciplinary, grievance or equal opportunities.
Alison has a very approachable style, listening to her client’s concerns and devising a strategy to help achieve their goals.

* issuing a whistleblowing claim on behalf of a Finance Director
* advising a large number of employees facing redundancy
